When you register for gym access, Guestly Homes collects your name, email, phone number, and stay address for the sole purpose of granting you access to our partner gym during your stay.
Your name, email, and phone number are shared with the partner gym in your city so they can add you to their member app. The partner gym is the data controller for the access system itself.
Your data is stored while your stay is active plus a short retention period for support and audit purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@guestlyhomes.com.
We do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with any third party other than the partner gym required to fulfil this service.
